Position: Guidewire Policy Centre Location: India (On-Site) Role Responsibilities Develop and configure policies within Guidewire Policy Center. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. Implement software solutions to enhance policy processing and management. Conduct thorough testing of Guidewire applications to ensure functionality. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Guidewire Policy Center applications. Perform data migration and integration tasks with other systems. Assist in the training of end-users on Guidewire functionalities. Document technical specifications and system configurations. Optimize application performance and enhance user experience. Stay updated with industry trends and Guidewire product updates. Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timelines are met. Work closely with QA teams to ensure quality assurance processes are followed. Identify areas for improvement in business processes and technology usage. Draft reports on system performance and usage metrics. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. 3+ years of experience working with Guidewire Policy Center. Strong understanding of insurance domain concepts. Proficiency in Java and integration technologies. Experience with SQL and database management. Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical capabilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience with application performance tuning. Capable of multi-tasking and managing multiple projects. Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality. Proven ability to mentor and train new team members. Willingness to stay current with new technology trends. Proficient in technical documentation. Experience in supporting production environments.
