Hi We have immediate Scrum Master Requirement for Guidewire Project Implementation project. Location : Hyderabad Exp: 7+ Yrs Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Scrum Master with expertise in Guidewire to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, particularly within the context of Guidewire projects. As a Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of software solutions while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Responsibilities: Act as a servant-leader for the Agile team, facilitating Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Guide the team on Agile principles and practices, helping them to embrace and embody the Agile mindset. Work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and development teams to prioritize and deliver high-quality software increments. Remove impediments and shield the team from distractions to ensure focused and uninterrupted work. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the team to reflect on their processes and make iterative enhancements. Coach team members on Agile best practices and provide guidance on implementing Guidewire-specific methodologies. Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to share knowledge and promote consistency across the organization. Track and communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification. Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Guidewire projects, with a deep understanding of Guidewire software and methodologies. Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with team members and stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a focus on servant leadership and empowering teams. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to navigate challenges and facilitate consensus. Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities. Familiarity with software development practices and tools, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced certification in Agile methodologies such as Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or SAFe Agilist. Experience with Guidewire Insurance Suite or other Guidewire products. Previous experience working as a developer or in a technical role within Agile teams.
