Executive Assistant: About the job: This role creates critical organizational leverage by fulfilling support responsibilities of aligned executives while working alongside the entire Guvi administrative support team. This team assures smooth operations, communication, and coordination across the entire leadership team. Key Responsibilities: Schedule Management: Support executive calendar management, arrange meetings, and confirm appointments. Schedule and reschedule events to optimize time. Communication: Handle and filter communications, respond on the executive's behalf when needed, and ensure important messages are delivered promptly. Assist with communication to the management team, field leadership, and other stakeholders. Document Management: Organize and maintain documents, files, and critical information. Keep records and confidential documents organized and accessible. Relationship Building: Assist in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, clients, and partners. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain trustworthiness. Technology Proficiency: Stay updated on relevant software and tools to enhance productivity, such as email management, procurement systems, and communication platforms. Travel Arrangements: Help plan and organize travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, and ensure travel itineraries are detailed. Expense Management: Assist with managing the executive's expense reports, ensuring expenses are tracked and within budget. Event Planning: Support company event planning and logistics. Qualifications: 4+ years of relevant Administrative Assistant experience. Hindi will be a mandatory requirement. Preferred: Male Candidates Prior experience maintaining confidentiality and managing highly sensitive information Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with aligned executive(s), peers, and other stakeholders; strong active listening skills Ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with strong attention to detail Business applications proficiency in G-Suite, Excel, PPT, Slack, procurement tools, etc. A positive, can-do attitude with the desire to take on additional responsibilities A desire to continuously learn and grow and do things more efficiently and effectively
