Role & responsibilities Talent Sourcing & StrategyDevelop and implement strategic hiring plans to attract top talent through various sourcing channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, etc.).Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill positions.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and recruitment needs. Recruitment & SelectionManage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.Conduct structured interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates effectively. Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Stakeholder & Vendor ManagementPartner with business leaders to align hiring strategies with organizational goals.Work with external recruitment agencies and vendors when required. Employer Branding & Market InsightsContribute to employer branding initiatives through career events, job fairs, and social media campaigns.Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices. Compliance & ReportingMaintain accurate hiring records and ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws.Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and diversity hiring progress. Required Qualifications & Skills: Experience: 5+ years in talent acquisition, preferably in IT, BFSI, or a fast-paced industry. Education: Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or a related field (MBA in HR is a plus). Technical Skills: Proficiency in Job Portals (Naukri etc,.) LinkedIn Recruiter, and HR analytics tools. Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. Industry Preference: Experience in hiring for IT, Tech, or corporate roles is an advantage.
