Key Responsibilities: Conduct one-on-one and group fitness classes, including strength training, cardio, flexibility exercises, and other fitness routines. Assess clients fitness levels and design personalized workout plans to help them achieve their specific fitness goals. Provide motivation and encouragement to clients during their workouts. Ensure clients perform exercises correctly to minimize the risk of injury. Monitor clients' progress and adjust training programs as necessary to meet their evolving fitness levels. Educate clients on proper nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices. Maintain cleanliness and organization of gym equipment and training areas. Stay updated on the latest fitness trends and workout techniques. Assist with fitness assessments and evaluations. Provide excellent customer service to all gym members and potential clients. Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all gym members.
