Role & responsibilities 1. Raising Order on Suppliers on receipt of Purchase Order from the buyers 2. Raising Indent on the buyers on receipt of Proforma Invoice from the supplier. Follow up with buyers for duly signed Indent & Proforma Invoice for processing the orders.3. In case of L/C payment terms Following up with the buyers for L/C draft. Scrutinising each & every L/C draft for error free transmission of L/C to avoid amendment charges. 4.
