Role & responsibilities Complete master data creation of new products in PLM/ERP within agreed SLAs Complete master data extension of existing products PLM/ERP within agreed SLAs Complete master data updates of existing products PLM/ERP within agreed SLAs Daily monitoring and administration of workflows to ensure requests get completed within defined SLAs Daily support to sites with product master data queries and problems Regular review of product master data records to ensure compliance with global policies Data analysis and execution of mass maintenance requests Develop and conduct communication and training to stakeholders Preferred candidate profile Highly proficient in spoken and written EnglishMin. 1 years of experience in a Master Data or related role, min. 2 years of experience in industrial processes Good Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint; VBA & Power BI preferredExperience with PLM (Agile PLM) and ERP systems (Oracle EBS/Cloud) Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry and checking Good communication skillsStrong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills Bachelors degree
