Implement event-driven architectures to enable scalable and decoupled services.Maintain comprehensive technical documentation to support development and deployment processes. Enforce best practices in software development, including unit testing, integration testing, and automation.Utilize Docker for containerization and streamlined deployment processes.Manage GitHub for version control, code collaboration, and CI/CD pipeline management.Conduct API testing and integration verification using Postman.Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to ensure smooth project execution.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of full-stack development experience with expertise in Node.js (backend) and Next.js (frontend).Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL and experience with ORM frameworks.Deep understanding of event-driven architectures and microservices.Strong skills in technical documentation and architectural design.Hands-on experience with Docker, GitHub, and Postman.Proficiency in testing frameworks and methodologies (unit testing, integration testing, and automation).Proven experience in leading development teams and mentoring team members.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
