Conduct financial and business analysis to assess the companys performance across key KPIs, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement. Analyse financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, on a monthly basis after closing and prepare management reports. Monitor actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts, and explain variances. Prepare regular financial reports for the regional management as well as for corporate reporting as per the group guidelines. Review contracts for compliance with financial policies, assess associated risks, and negotiate cost-effective terms with vendors to optimise outcomes. Present financial information and analysis to various stakeholders, including the preparation of presentations for board meetings, monthly reviews, and management committee meetings. Collaborate with the sales team to develop financial plans aligned with business goals and provide support to optimise revenue generation and cost management. Support internal and external audits by assisting in planning, documentation preparation, inquiry addressing, and the timely implementation of audit recommendations. Conduct periodic stock audits to ensure the accuracy of inventory records and reconcile physical counts with system records through collaboration with warehouse and logistics teams. Do all the statutory compliances. Oversee accounting activities and taxation matters, including overseas (foreign offices) and different group companies.Experience Requirements: Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant Must have 5-7 years of financial controller experience Must have strong analytical and communication skills Must be proficient in MS Excel and accounting software. Experience in Microsoft Dynamics will be an added advantage.

Lead a team of 10+ accounts executives to execute all company-related accounting activities, such as daily bookkeeping, creating vouchers and entries of sale, purchases, expenses, cash/bank, daily ledger, etc. Prepare and file all statutory taxation under the guidance of the company-appointed CA, such as GST, PF, ESIC, TDS, TCS, income tax, advance tax, etc. Manage company payroll, payments, ESIC, PF, etc. Prepare bills for the material being sold, generate an e-way bill, and other required documents. Prepare the profit and loss balance sheet on a quarterly basis and do annual filings. Report daily directly to the CFO Prepare various MIS reports as per management s requirements. Experience Requirements: Must be aged between 30-35 years with 10-15 years of prior experience in managing complete accounts for a group. Must be proficient in using Tally ERP, Prime, and other relevant software. Will be preferred if the candidate has experience working in Ms. Dynamics. Possess a high level of trustworthiness and dependability. Educational Qualifications: Achieved a minimum of 70% and above in mathematics in 10th grade. Hold a Bachelor of Commerce degree from a recognised university.
