(A subsidiary of R K SWAMY Limited) Website: Cequity is looking for an experienced finance professional to join our team as Manager/Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts. This is a strategic role involving leadership in statutory compliance, financial planning, taxation, and treasury management. About The Role The Manager/Senior Manager will be responsible for leading critical areas of the finance function including statutory and internal audits, direct and indirect taxation, and cash flow management. The role demands strong technical knowledge of IND AS, hands-on experience with financial reporting, and the ability to lead a team of finance professionals. We only looking for fully qualified CAs between the year of 2012 to 2019 This position reports to the Director - Finance & Accounts. Key Audits & Compliance Manage statutory and internal audits in coordination with external auditors Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in accordance with IND AS Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and accounting Oversee direct (Income Tax) and indirect (GST) taxation Ensure timely filings, compliance, and manage tax assessments and queries Provide strategic tax planning to optimize the organization's tax position Treasury & Cash Flow Management Monitor cash flow, manage banking relationships, and optimize working capital Ensure appropriate financial instruments and controls are in place Team Leadership Lead a team of finance professionals Foster a culture of accuracy, ownership, and continuous improvement Provide mentoring and development opportunities within the Chartered Accountant (CA) 7-11 years of relevant experience, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role Strong knowledge of IND AS, taxation, and financial systems (ref:iimjobs.com) Show more Show less
