Role & responsibilities Design and install secure and efficient computer networks, connections and cabling. Perform troubleshooting to diagnose system failures and resolve network bottlenecks. Inspect LAN/WAN infrastructure and resolve minor and major issues . Test, configure, and maintain software, hardware, and peripheral devices . Evaluate network performance and implement improvements for efficiency. Schedule and organize upgrades and maintenance without disrupting operations. Perform regular data backups to protect the organizations critical information. Provide technical support and guidance to co-workers on hardware and network usage. Document network setups, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures for future reference. Preferred candidate profile We are looking for a skilled Hardware & Networking Engineer to design, install, and maintain reliable computer networks and hardware systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting network failures, ensuring system efficiency , and providing technical support to end-users. This role requires strong LAN/WAN networking knowledge , hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience, and the ability to optimize system performance. 2-3 years of experience in hardware & networking or a relevant position. Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Deep understanding of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols, and network technologies . Hands-on experience with hardware installation, troubleshooting, and software configuration . Ability to repair and maintain computers, servers, and network infrastructure .
