Roles and Responsibilities For our HYDERABAD Office we urgently require Patent Associates in-Chemistry, Biotechnology, Electronics, Computer Science, Medical Device, Automobile and Mechanical Engineering Prior Art Searches- both patent and non-patent publicationsDrafting of patent Applications- both provisional and complete specificationProsecution of Patent Applications, drafting reply to examination reportsAttending hearing / Assisting in hearings Drafting/Assisting in drafting of patent opposition representations and reply statements Patent infringement analysis and preparing reportsEducational Qualification (Mandatory) M.Sc. / M. Tech./B. Tech. in any of the above mentioned technical fields Professional Experience-Professional experience of 2- 8 years is required.
