Position: Inside Sales ExecutiveIndustry: Real EstateExperience Required: 1-3 yearsLocation: Rajarajeshwari Nagar, Bengaluru.Reports to: Sales Manager / Sales DirectorOverview:We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive with a minimum of 1 years of experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of real estate markets, and a proven track record in sales. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for converting leads into clients, assisting in property sales, and contributing to the overall sales growth of the organization.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation and Qualification:Engage with inbound leads via phone, email, and other communication channels.Qualify leads based on specific criteria, ensuring high-quality prospects.Follow up with leads in a timely manner, ensuring no opportunities are missed.Client Consultation:Provide property information to potential clients and answer their questions.Understand client needs and preferences, and suggest suitable property options.Offer professional advice to clients on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.Database Management and Reporting:Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.Track sales progress and update reports regularly for management review.Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.Collaboration:Collaborate with other sales team members to share leads and best practices.Customer Service:Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale.Keep clients informed about new property listings, price changes, and other relevant information.Qualifications & Skills:Experience:1- 3 years of experience in inside sales or real estate sales, preferably in residential or commercial real estate.Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of CRM software and basic sales tools.Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.Strong customer service orientation.Education:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).Additional Requirements:Ability to work flexible hours when needed.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Benefits:Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Opportunity for career growth and advancement.Training and professional development.If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for real estate sales and a track record of success, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity!
