We’re ready for you. Key Responsibilities: Oversee branch operations while driving business growth in mainline and digital advertising. Develop and maintain strong relationships with media partners, film production houses, and publishers. Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns. Lead business development initiatives, negotiations, and team management. Develop pitch presentations, estimates, and reports for clients. Ensure seamless collaboration between creative, strategy, and digital teams to deliver impactful campaigns. Key Requirements: 8-10 years of experience in an advertising agency, preferably handling both mainline and digital advertising. Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and execution. Proven experience in business development, team leadership, and negotiations. Ability to develop high-impact presentations, estimates, and reports. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools.
