Job Responsibilities: Oversee daily coffee operations and ensure high-quality beverage preparation. Train and mentor baristas to maintain consistency in coffee making. Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels of coffee beans and equipment. Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally. Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the caf. Requirements: Prior experience as a senior barista or head barista. Strong knowledge of different coffee brewing techniques. Leadership and team management skills. Good communication and customer service skills.
