Our mission is to provide exceptional dining experiences through culinary innovation and excellence. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef located in Kolkata. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and managing kitchen staff. Additional duties include maintaining health and safety standards, inventory management, and collaborating with management to ensure a high-quality dining experience for patrons. Qualifications Extensive experience in menu planning, food preparation, and culinary techniques Demonstrated ability to lead and manage kitchen staff Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards Inventory management and cost control skills Exceptional time management and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Culinary Arts degree or equivalent certification preferred Previous experience in a high-quality restaurant or similar setting Passion for creating innovative and delicious dishes Show more Show less
