Job Title: Head – Development Sector / Farm Sector Location: Gurgaon, Haryana (with travel to project sites) Company: Krishi Vikas Sahakari Samiti Ltd. Experience Required: 10–15 Years Job Type: Full-Time Industry: Agriculture / Rural Development / Development Sector Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee end-to-end implementation of agricultural and rural development projects. Design and manage programs related to farm productivity, value chain development, agri-enterprises, and farmer collectivization. Build strategic partnerships with government agencies, NGOs, CSR partners, and donors. Supervise proposal development for large-scale projects (EOIs, RFPs, grants). Guide a cross-functional team including agronomists, field officers, and business development professionals. Monitor project performance using KPIs and ensure timely delivery of outputs and reports. Represent the organization at high-level meetings, conferences, and partner forums. Ensure compliance with donor and regulatory requirements.
