As Head of Digital Twinning, you will be responsible for: Develop mission, vision and strategy for local Modeling and Simulation service in alignment with Healthineers Product & Lifecycle Excellence (SHS TE PLE). Create local modeling and simulation technology network with Universities, internal and external partners to enable Digital Twinning Connect local deep knowhow and experience to deliver excellent simulation and modeling services In your first year you will ramp up a team, considering also Internships, and will be responsible for corresponding budget allocation This position may suit you best if you are familiar with the following, and would like to develop your career with Healthineers In alignment with SHS TE PLE sustainably manage and connect the modeling and simulation network in India with the cross-Business Line (xBL) needs of Healthineers. Drive strategic initiatives in India covering Modeling & Simulation to reduce time to market and development costs and enable Digital Twinning. Collaborate with local partners to gain regional insights and contribute to create regional benefits. Required skills necessary for the success of this role At least 5 year s experience in R&D areas such as system engineering / information technology / mechatronic system / electrical and electronics or similar University degree in natural sciences, industrial engineering, information systems or medical technology, preferably supplemented with an MBA degree Knowledge of state-of-the-art modeling & simulation standards and approaches Experience in global innovation management and project management methods involving diverse stakeholders. High motivation and drive as foundation for succeeding in challenging xBL / BA environment as well as collaborative working culture to generate cross value and synergies. Knowledge of healthcare domain-specific products and technologies is beneficial. Successful Leadership experience is beneficial. Fluent English skills both in verbal and written form.
