The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR strategy, talent management, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development, particularly in the manufacturing and IT sectors. Key Responsibilities: HR Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals. Talent Acquisition & Management: Drive end-to-end recruitment processes, workforce planning, and talent retention strategies. Employee Relations & Engagement: Foster a positive work culture, handle grievances, and ensure employee satisfaction. Performance Management: Establish performance evaluation systems, succession planning, and career development programs. HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations. Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll, salary structuring, and employee benefits programs. Training & Development: Design and execute employee training and upskilling programs. HR Operations & Administration: Manage HR systems, employee records, and HRMS software for smooth HR operations. Key Requirements: Experience: 15+ years in HR leadership roles, preferably in manufacturing or IT industries. Education: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification. Skills: Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in HRMS software and recruitment platforms. Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices. Preferred Candidate: Candidates with experience in both manufacturing and IT sectors . Immediate joiners or those available within a short notice period. Strong adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
