Position Title:- Head HR & Admin. Designation :- Asst. General Manager / Dy. General Manager. Department: HR & Admin Reports to: Director Finance Job Objective: The Head of Human Resources is a position with strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing and driving all HRD & HRM functions within the organization. The incumbent will develop and implement HR policies, talent acquisition strategies, employee engagement initiatives, and compliance frameworks to support business growth objectives. The HR Head plays a pivotal role in fostering a high-performance culture, ensuring workforce stability, and enhancing employee productivity in a large-scale manufacturing environment. Job Responsibilities: Key Responsibility Areas. 1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives. Provide leadership and guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning along with, organisational development. Partner with senior leadership to drive a culture of growth, continuous improvement and operational excellence. 2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Design and implement effective hiring / recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Control and Direct workforce planning and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet production demands. Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and develop talent pipelines. 3. Employee Relations & Engagement: Inculcate a positive work environment in the organisaiton, by promoting open communication and employee engagement initiatives. Address employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in compliance with labor and factory regulations. Implement employee retention programs and career development initiatives. 4. Performance Management and Learning & Development: Drive a organisational culture of performance by implementing structured performance evaluation systems. Develop training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies. Implement leadership development programs & initiatives to prepare high-potential employees for managerial roles and other succession planning processes. Train and Develop HR Team for implementation of Strategic HR programs and initiatives, for overall Organisational Development. 5. Compensation & Benefits: Develop competitive compensation structures aligned with industry benchmarks. Oversee payroll administration, incentives, and employee benefits programs. Ensure adherence to legal regulations and company policies regarding wages and benefits. 6. HR Compliance & Legal: Ensure compliance with all labor regulations, industrial relations, and statutory regulations. Manage union relations, negotiations, and collective bargaining agreements (if applicable). Maintain proper documentation of employment contracts, policies, and disciplinary procedures. 7. Health, Safety & Employee Welfare: Promote workplace safety initiatives in collaboration with the Health & Safety team. Implement wellness programs to enhance employee well-being and work-life balance. Address workplace hazards, safety violations, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
