Role & responsibilities Define marketing strategies to support the companys overall business strategy &growth objectives . Strong Demand Generation experience Listen in to the market trends & voice of the customer - direct the market research & brand building efforts of the company towards enhancing brand and augmenting multiple revenue channels. Strategize and drive pricing, value marketing, marketing communications, advertising and public relations. Work closely with other functions to guide a unified approach to digitization, market research , customer service, distribution etc. that meets market demand Develop a feasible marketing plan for the marketing function and oversee its day-to-day implementation. Design , coordinate and drive promotional campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press etc.) Build a highly efficient team of marketing professionals. Create a solid network of strategic partnerships. Plan, direct and coordinate marketing budgets in accordance with organizational goals. Optimise digitalization initiatives, invest in market to understand customer /client needs . Extensive stakeholder management both internal and externally to lead and drive critical digital transformation projects. Preferred candidate profile • MBA/ Relevant Masters with 17-25 years experience and and exposure in high growth organizations. • Additional marketing certifications shall be a plus. • Superb analytical skills • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills • Entrepreneurial spirit Perks and benefits Best in the industry
