Ensure Compliance in every State of Operation of Company through registrations, remittances, filing of returns etc Ensure GST outgo of the company is optimized through availment of every possible benefit under the law Coordinate with Project Team, Department and with Customers where required Advocacy on GST to S&M Team at the time of bidding to enable their strategic decisions including PPP Projects. Defending Company in front of GST Authority where Department has taken adverse views / not accepted company’s stand etc MIS on I.Taxation Understanding the Insurance requirement of every Project based on Tender condition, securing appropriate insurance covers at optimum cost for Company Ensuring no lapse on continuity of Insurance or coverage expected from contract Preparation & filing of Insurance Claims, coordinating with Projects and with Surveyors/Insurance company representatives and securing maximum settlement of claims made by Company MIS on Insurance
