The role is critical in driving digital transformation, enabling real-time decision-making, and automating manufacturing and business processes through robust technology frameworks. Key Responsibilities: IT Strategy & Digital Roadmap: Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business goals. Champion digital transformation initiatives, automation, and system integration across business and manufacturing operations. Infrastructure & Operations: Oversee IT infrastructure planning, cloud services, network architecture, and helpdesk operations to ensure seamless performance and business continuity. Ensure vendor compliance, budget adherence, and SLA governance. Enterprise Applications: Lead the deployment and support of enterprise systems such as SAP, CRM, and HRIS. Collaborate with business stakeholders to enhance functionality and user experience through tailored application solutions. Cybersecurity & Compliance: Act as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). Define and implement enterprise-wide IT security policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and conduct periodic audits. Foster a culture of security awareness across the organization. Project Leadership: Drive technology-led innovation through implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), LIMS, and other automation tools. Ensure timely execution of key digital initiatives and infrastructure upgrades. Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing IT team. Drive capability enhancement and ensure alignment with evolving technology trends and organizational objectives. Key Interactions: Engage with internal stakeholders (Finance, Procurement, Audit, Operations) and external partners (technology vendors, consultants) to drive success.
