Job Description

Role & responsibilities Position Overview: The goal is to drive sales growth, enhance market presence, and foster strong customer relationships within the Tata / and other OEM HCV sector. He will handle the Tata / and other OEM HCV sector for Spring Product of JAI Group. Study the requirements of all OEMs for springs and understand the key factors effecting business positively. Design, Plan & execute the strategies for growth in Sales. Increase SOB. Keep himself updated about the competitors moves and plan how to get priority of own products before the customer. Work as buffer between the customer and Manufacturing & Engineering. Deep knowledge of Indian OEMs. Good Skills in Communication, Negotiation, Analytical, FG Control, Bottom line profitability, interest about Domestic & International market trends, etc. Able to forecast customer demands. Key Responsibilities: 1. Implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives. 2. Monitor sales performance and implement corrective measures when necessary. 3. Explore and implement innovative marketing techniques and technologies to stay ahead in the competitive market. 4. Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics. 5. Work closely with other departments such as product development, sales, and customer service to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts. 6. Explore and implement innovative marketing techniques and technologies to stay ahead in the competitive market. 7. Planning and scheduling the development activities for new products. 8. Implementation of long term marketing plans 9. Sales Budget forecasting 10. Must have good OE &distribution network for achieving greater market reach Customer Support& Coordination with internal stakeholders for NPD preparation of quotations, price negotiation for new and existing business with the OEM customers and order procurement Perks and benefits 50.00 Lac pa ctc.
