Job Description

Job purpose: Drive our artificial intelligence strategy, lead AI solution architecture, and manage high-impact AI/ML projects for enterprise clients. Who You Are: A hands-on leader with deep expertise in Data Science, Machine Learning (ML), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI (GenAI), and Agentic AI systems. 10+ years of experience in Analytics/AI/ML, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong background in ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.). Expertise in LLMs and Generative AI (GPT, T5, DALL-E, Llama, Claude, etc.). Proven experience in ML model development, training, deployment, and monitoring . Experience with MLOps, CI/CD for ML pipelines, and AI governance frameworks . Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Julia and experience with cloud-based AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Deep understanding of vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) . Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Leadership & AI Architecture: Define and execute the AI strategy in alignment with business goals and market trends. Architect and oversee the development of end-to-end AI/ML solutions , including traditional ML models, deep learning systems, and Generative AI frameworks. Develop Agentic AI systems that autonomously process information, make decisions, and execute tasks efficiently. Lead the integration of AI with enterprise data systems , ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance. Establish best practices for MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, and governance . 2. Client Engagement & AI Solutioning: Serve as a thought leader and trusted advisor for enterprise clients on AI/ML strategies and solutions. Independently engage with clients to assess AI maturity, define AI roadmaps, and propose innovative AI-driven transformations. Conduct client workshops and AI PoCs to demonstrate the business value of AI applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineering and software development, to deliver AI-powered enterprise solutions. 3. Technical Expertise & Hands-on Execution: Design and implement AI/ML models using state-of-the-art techniques in deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and reinforcement learning. Develop and optimize LLM-based applications , fine-tune foundation models, and explore AI explainability techniques. Architect Generative AI solutions using models like GPT, BERT, Stable Diffusion, and multimodal AI approaches. Drive research and implementation of autonomous AI agents that interact with users, applications, and environments. Optimize AI performance, ensuring solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business objectives . 4. Team Building & Leadership Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of AI engineers, data scientists, and ML engineers. Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and ethical AI practices. Define team goals, establish KPIs, and ensure continuous learning and upskilling within the team. What will excite us: Knowledge of Autonomous Agents and Multi-Agent AI Systems is a strong plus. Experience leading AI/ML teams and driving AI-first initiatives. Proven ability to engage with C-level executives and clients , translating business challenges into AI solutions.
