Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international staffing markets Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and decision-makers Create and execute go-to-market strategies for different geographies Lead end-to-end business development lifecycle: lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and closure Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to adjust strategies accordingly Drive revenue growth through consistent acquisition and account expansion Represent the company at industry events, networking meetings, and client presentations Prepare periodic sales reports and pipeline forecasts for leadership Required Skills and Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in business development in the staffing/recruitment industry Proven track record of working with international clients and securing large-scale staffing deals Deep understanding of global hiring trends, compliance, and workforce models (contract, permanent, RPO, MSP, etc.) Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to lead and mentor BD or sales teams (for Head role) Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) Show more Show less
