As a senior leader, you will be responsible for defining and executing strategic plans for both B2B and B2C sales , building strong client relationships, and leading a high-performing business development team. This role requires a passionate and strategic thinker who understands the nuances of sales across multiple channels and can design scalable processes to drive consistent results. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Define and implement comprehensive business development strategies aligned with company goals across B2B and B2C segments. Sales Management: Lead, coach, and scale a sales and business development team to deliver on quarterly and annual targets. Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets. Explore untapped sectors and geographies for sustainable growth. Sales Operations & Processes: Develop and optimize robust sales processes, pipelines, and tools to improve team productivity and conversion rates. Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to increase brand presence and customer retention. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align business development goals with broader organizational objectives. Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze sales performance, lead generation, and market trends to make informed decisions and course corrections. Budget Management: Own and manage sales budgets and forecasts. Ensure cost-effective strategies for maximum ROI. Team Development: Mentor and empower team members through coaching, career development, and performance reviews. Requirements 10+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or revenue leadership roles, preferably in both B2B and B2C domains. Strong track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets. Deep understanding of end-to-end sales strategy, funnel management, and pipeline forecasting. Demonstrated success in scaling sales teams and entering new markets. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and influence cross-functional teams. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales analytics tools. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus. Show more Show less
