Position: Head of Department – Electrical Industry: Chemical Manufacturing Location: Gandhidham, Gujarat Salary: ₹6 to ₹7.2 Lakh per annum Job Description: Company is seeking an experienced Electrical HOD to lead the electrical team at our chemical plant. This role demands strong technical expertise and leadership capabilities in handling electrical systems in a process industry. Key Responsibilities: Manage electrical operations and maintenance across the plant Ensure adherence to all safety, statutory, and quality standards Oversee energy management, system upgrades, and preventive maintenance Coordinate with other departments for smooth functioning of plant operations Lead audits and compliance efforts related to electrical systems Requirements: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering 8–10+ years of relevant experience in a chemical or process plant Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Deep knowledge of industrial electrical systems and safety protocols Important: Only candidates who are available for a personal interview in Gandhidham should apply.
