Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Design to lead our design team in delivering innovative and exceptional high-rise projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architectural design, project planning, and team management, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful high-rise and luxury projects. Responsibilities: Lead and manage the design team to ensure the successful execution of high-rise projects from conception to completion. Develop and oversee the implementation of design strategies aligned with the company's goals and project requirements. Collaborate closely with other departments such as project management, construction, and marketing to ensure design concepts are integrated smoothly throughout the project lifecycle. Provide creative direction and mentorship to the design team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Conduct regular design reviews and critiques to maintain high standards of quality, functionality, and aesthetics. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in architecture and design. Manage budgetary and resource allocation for design projects, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality. Oversee the selection and coordination of external consultants and contractors as needed. Requirements: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Architecture from a reputed institution. Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in architectural design, with a focus on high-rise and luxury projects. Proven track record of successfully leading and managing design teams through all phases of project development. Strong proficiency in design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. Experience working with regulatory requirements and building codes specific to high-rise developments. A collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
