Seeking a visionary and experienced Head of Engineering to lead its integrated Embedded Systems & Hardware Engineering division. The ideal candidate will bring over two decades of expertise in embedded systems, hardware design, and end-to-end program execution, and will drive the organization's engineering strategy, excellence, and innovation across commercial vehicle platforms. 20+ years of experience in embedded software & Hardware,project plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality system solutions,Lead the development and implementation of systems engineering strategies, processes, and best practices across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end engineering across embedded software and hardware domains, ensuring delivery of robust, scalable, and high-performance systems Define and drive systems engineering strategies, processes, and best practices across all product lines Manage multiple projects simultaneously, with full ownership of project plans, budgets, resources, and timelines Ensure timely delivery of high-quality system-level solutions aligned with organizational goals and customer expectations
