Role & responsibilities Are you ready to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of a fast-growing global organization? Were looking for a dynamic, hands-on, and detail-oriented Head of Finance and Administration to lead our operations in India. As a core member of our leadership team, you will drive all financial strategies and administrative functions - ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and strategic value creation across the business. Lead Financial Strategy & Reporting: Oversee planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support strategic decision-making and drive business growth. Ensure Compliance & Governance: Manage audits, tax filings, and financial statements while ensuring adherence to Indian regulations, IFRS, and internal standards. Lead Administration: Supervise payroll, accounts, procurement, and vendor management, while implementing strong internal controls and efficient treasury practices. Drive System & Process Improvements: Champion lean, technology-driven processes and compliance initiatives to optimize financial, back-office and administrative efficiency. Lead Teams & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison for HQ, HR, and external service providers on all finance and administration matters. Preferred candidate profile Educational Excellence : Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA Finance, or equivalent professional qualification. Proven Financial Expertise : 10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, and administration - preferably within multinational or fast-growing companies. Regulatory & Systems Know-How : Strong knowledge of Indian compliance requirements, IFRS standards, and ERP tools like SAP. Analytical & Strategic Thinker : Sharp attention to detail paired with the ability to think strategically and contribute to high-level decision-making. Strong Communication & Collaboration : Confident liaison with global teams, external partners, and internal stakeholders across functions and hands-on mentality.
