Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for the Head of Growth based in Mumbai, with some work from home acceptable. The Head of Growth will be responsible for developing and executing growth marketing strategies, driving customer acquisition efforts, and implementing growth hacking techniques to scale the business. Additionally, the role involves leading sales and business development initiatives to expand the company's market presence. Qualifications Skills in Growth Marketing and Growth Hacking Experience in Customer Acquisition Proven track record in Sales and Business Development Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative environment Experience in the consumer goods industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Show more Show less
