Job Description

You will own distribution, build the engine, and scale it with precision. We’re hiring a Head of Growth to lead the next phase of CozmoX AI’s go-to-market strategy. You’ll be responsible for building scalable, high-conversion growth engines across outbound, content, paid, and product-led loops. You’ll work directly with the founders to define where growth should come from—and build the infrastructure to make it happen. This role is for someone who combines strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute. You’re comfortable designing growth systems, running experiments, building funnels, and leading cross-functional projects across sales, marketing, and product. You’ll be the architect and operator of our growth stack—from first touch to closed deal to expansion. What You’ll Do Design and lead the full-funnel growth strategy: acquisition, activation, conversion, and expansion. Launch and scale multi-channel GTM efforts—email, outbound, events, performance, SEO, and partnerships. Build the foundational growth stack: analytics, CRM, attribution, marketing ops, and automation. Develop and test positioning, landing pages, onboarding flows, and messaging with a feedback loop to product and sales. Run weekly growth experiments—clearly prioritized, tightly measured, and tied to revenue impact. Work closely with sales to define lead quality, optimize conversion workflows, and tighten handoffs. Build top-of-funnel demand through a mix of outbound motions, founder-led content, and high-value campaigns. Scale field events, partner activations, and webinars that actually drive pipeline, not just awareness. Help shape CozmoX’s voice in the market—especially across enterprise, infra, and AI-native audiences. What You Bring 8+ years of experience in growth, product marketing, or demand gen at high-growth B2B startups. Proven track record scaling revenue through structured, repeatable growth systems. Strong instincts for experimentation, funnel design, and GTM sequencing. Experience with both sales-led and product-led growth motions. High fluency in growth tools: HubSpot, Segment, Webflow, Clearbit, GA, etc. You understand SaaS metrics cold—CAC, payback, activation rate, churn, LTV, and more. You write well, think clearly, and move fast. Experience building or leading a small team across growth, ops, and content. Bonus Points Background in AI, SaaS infrastructure, or tools for enterprise buyers. Experience launching into new geos (Gulf, UK, US, Europe) with local GTM adaptations. Comfort working with technical founders and translating product into market-ready narratives. You’ve built and scaled a growth team—or operated solo in a high-leverage growth role.
