We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Operations to lead and manage the operational aspects of our business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the smooth execution of all business activities. You will also work closely with the leadership team to shape business strategies and ensure that operational processes align with company goals. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage daily operations across multiple business units, ensuring efficiency and high performance. Lead a team of department heads and ensure proper coordination between different teams. Develop and implement operational strategies and policies to improve productivity and achieve business objectives. Analyze business performance and implement improvements to optimize operational processes. Ensure effective resource allocation, cost control, and compliance with company standards. Support business development efforts by identifying and implementing new operational opportunities. Serve as a key decision-maker in strategic planning and problem-solving at the organizational level. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to support the growth of the business. Experience: minimum 10 years in high rise building construction Qualifications: BE In Civil Engineering. Proven experience in operations management or a senior leadership role. Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities. Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working in a collaborative environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead at all levels.
