About the Role: We are looking for a seasoned and proactive Head of Warehouse to lead and manage our warehouse operations with a focus on efficiency, inventory accuracy, and overall excellence in execution. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in warehouse management, team leadership, and deep expertise in Easyecom software. You will play a critical role in supporting our D2C brand’s growth and operational strength. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the entire warehouse operations – inbound, outbound, inventory, packaging, and dispatch. Lead, train, and manage the warehouse team to ensure high performance and adherence to operational standards. Ensure accurate inventory management using Easyecom , and resolve any discrepancies. Manage daily reporting, GRNs, shipment reconciliation, and return processing. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for improved warehouse efficiency. Coordinate with logistics partners and internal departments to ensure smooth flow of goods. Ensure timely fulfillment of D2C, B2B, and marketplace orders. Implement space optimization strategies and maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse. Monitor performance KPIs and troubleshoot operational bottlenecks. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Easyecom software , preferably in D2C or FMCG sectors. In-depth working knowledge of warehouse management and similar warehouse/inventory management systems is a must. Strong leadership skills with prior experience managing a mid-to-large team.
