Requirements What You Bring to the Table Educational Background: A Bachelors degree in Design, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; a Masterdegree (MBA or equivalent) is highly preferred. Experience: 7-15 years of expertise in UX/UI design, operations management, or business strategy, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity. Project Management Operations: Proven ability to manage large-scale operations, streamline workflows, and ensure project success through operational excellence. Client Management Consulting: Exceptional skills in consulting, negotiations, and leading high-impact client presentations. Business Development Sales Insight: Strong understanding of sales processes, revenue growth strategies, and financial planning within a design or technology-driven industry.
