We are looking for a/an Head of ORE - WIBU to join our FE_WIBU team in India . Your main tasks and responsibilities: Localize resources currently used in European factories within ORE. Maintain regular contact with European factories, including potential travel, to improve processes and facilitate localization. Participate in production localization for pump assembly and stainless-steel manufacturing. Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing ORE team to meet objectives and deliver best practices, added value, and continuous improvements. Set departmental objectives and KPIs, and regularly review and assess the performance of direct reports. Manage and participate in the COSP process as an operation representative. Coordinate the processing of product notices with the team as an operation representative. Actively communicate within the team and with other departments. Ensure the effectiveness, maintenance, and accuracy of the departments IT systems. Manage safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives, identifying inefficiencies and cost optimization opportunities. Prepare and monitor the departments cost budget. To succeed in this role, you will need: Work experience: Minimum 12+ years experience in international environment, with industrial products, Product knowledge, manufacturing experience, operational processes, SAP ERP, quality behaviour, lean experience, supervising experience Expertise (e.g. professional, technical): Education: Master s degree in mechanical engineering. MBA is a plus. Proficient in MS Office, Manufacturing processes, Engineering and Operational processes, SAP systems, LEAN principals. Structured independent working style, solution-oriented analytical way of thinking and the ability to set priorities. Languages: Fluent in English, other languages are a plus.
