Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Planning based in Ahmedabad. The Head of Planning will be responsible for overseeing the planning processes within the organization. This includes demand planning, business planning, and production planning. Daily tasks involve analyzing data, forecasting demand, developing business plans, and ensuring the alignment of production schedules with business goals. Qualifications Skills in Demand Planning and Production PlanningStrong Analytical Skills for data analysis and forecastingExperience in Planning and Business PlanningAbility to develop strategic business plans and manage production schedulesExcellent leadership and communication skillsDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsBachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related fieldExperience in the paper or manufacturing industry is a plus
