Head of Procurement - Real Estate_Civil

Job Description

Shall be responsible for management and planning of all jobs related to purchase including product sourcing, costing, vendor development, purchase of civil materials, placement of contracts, etc. review the Procurement for services and materials and ensure that purchasers are meeting the costs, timeline and safety and legal compliances guidelines ,evaluate drawings, technical specifications, finalizing the requirements of the materials and services, oversee the execution of the contracting works including Tendering, evaluating the proposals received in terms of their technical and rate analysis, finalizing the Contractors, Sub-Contractors and all the different procurement tasks, ensure the proper certification of the bills, and timely payments to the vendors, lead and mentor the team members to ensure efficiency in the different operations and meeting the targets. Conduct performance appraisal for the team members and guiding them on how to improve their performance wherever necessary.
