Head - Product Marketing Mumbai, India | Marketing Team | Full-time Job Description As a Product Marketing leader at Netcore, you will directly lead a talented product marketing team and cross-functional teams to develop differentiated product positioning, launch the products, increase product adoption, awareness and customer satisfaction globally. This includes Defining the Vision - develop product positioning, messaging and value propositions that differentiate solutions in the marketplace. Making an enterprise SaaS product successful in the market in collaboration with product, marketing, sales & CSM teams. Key Responsibilities ● Build long-term strategies for the product positioning by leveraging global customer reach across all channels. ● Provide inputs and build strategies for product roadmap, strategy, and pricing based on market and customer research finding, industry analyst interactions and competitive findings. ● Define team's strategy, budget, hiring and OKR's to build and measure team results. ● Support the team in setting clear goals and key results. Ensure that those are communicated and visible across the company and progress is shared regularly ● Understand market trends, customer requirements, usage and buying behavior to better identify market opportunities and customer demand for product offerings ● Define and execute the Product marketing strategy in partnership with Sales, Public Relations, and global teams to ensure alignment of common goals ● Forecast monthly and quarterly pipeline goals for inbound and outbound sales engines ● Analyze and report on marketing campaigns' effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and optimization ● Build and own product adoption and user engagement strategies ● Undertaking Competitive/Market Intelligence studies for competitor comparison, product positioning, content strategy, brand image, product roadmap and industry reports. ● Undertaking brand strategy and communication exercises, consumer behavior studies to understand product usage, uncover industry use cases, product industry fitment, user feedback, NPS, ICP/buyer persona and UX/UI studies. Preferred Qualifications ● 18+ years of experience in core product marketing across GTM, Sales Enablement, Evangelism, Product Adoption and Customer Marketing ● MarTech Experience is a Plus ● Team Handling experience of 5+ years in B2B SaaS function ● 5+ years of experience of working in SaaS (software as a service) industry ● Ability to influence teams at the business unit level ● Expertise with Product Company and Consumer Based customers ● Should have represented the company at conferences, podcasts or other large scale activations.
