We’re Hiring: Head of Quality – Astra Microwave Products Ltd. This pivotal role demands deep expertise in quality systems, product reliability, and regulatory compliance. You'll work cross-functionally with engineering, R&D, production, and supply chain teams to ensure world-class quality standards are embedded throughout the value chain. Key Responsibilities: Defining and executing the enterprise-wide quality strategy aligned with industry standards (AS9100D, ISO 9001) Driving design validation (FMEA, risk assessments, verification testing) from concept to production Overseeing robust testing and inspection processes (EMI/EMC, environmental, cleanroom compliance) Leading QMS implementation, certification, and continual improvement across all business units Championing Lean & Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste, rework, and process inefficiencies Building and mentoring a high-performance quality team and instilling a culture of quality ownership Required Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics & Communication Engineering 20+ years of experience in the defense or aerospace sector Deep knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, FMEA, RCA, and quality audits Strong leadership, analytical thinking, communication, and team-building skills Certifications in quality management (Six Sigma, CQE, etc.) are a plus Show more Show less
