Job Description

We are hiring a Sales / Business Development Head B2B to build and lead a high-performing sales team across multiple states. The candidate must have strong B2B sales experience, drive sales targets, performance monitoring and ensure team success through strategic execution. Key Responsibilities: Recruit, train, and manage a multi-state B2B sales team. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets. Monitor team performance and take corrective actions as needed. Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients. Provide sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management.
