Company- 4K Sports Infra Pvt LtdLocation- Hi-tech City HyderabadDesignation- Sales HeadDepartment- Sales and Marketing Strategic Sales Leadership ● Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with 4K Sports’ short-term and long-term objectives. ● Set and monitor quarterly and annual revenue targets, ensuring the team meets or exceeds these benchmarks. 2. Team Management & Development ● Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, including Telecallers, Field Sales Executives, and Account Managers. ● Establish performance metrics, conduct regular reviews, and provide constructive feedback to foster professional growth. 3. Key Account Management ● Serve as the primary point of contact for top-tier clients, cultivating strong relationships to drive ongoing revenue. ● Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to identify new opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Revenue Ownership & Forecasting ● Take full responsibility for achieving sales revenue targets, developing contingency plans as needed. ● Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation to optimize performance. 5. Sales Process Optimization ● Evaluate and refine current sales processes, CRM usage, and team workflows for greater efficiency. ● Implement best practices in lead generation, pipeline management, and closing techniques. 6. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment ● Work closely with Marketing to align promotional campaigns, lead generation strategies, and product positioning. ● Partner with Product Development to incorporate customer feedback and industry trends into new offerings. 7. Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis ● Stay informed on market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge. ● Use data-driven insights to adjust sales tactics and influence overall business strategy. 8. Compliance & Reporting ● Ensure that all sales activities adhere to industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards. ● Provide regular sales and performance reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and improvement plans. Requirements ● Education & Experience ● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred). ● 5–8 years of sales management experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets, preferably in technology or sports-related industries. ● Leadership & Team-Building ● Proven ability to manage and motivate sales teams of varying sizes and specializations. ● Strong communication skills, conflict resolution, and the capacity to inspire a shared vision. ● Client Engagement & Relationship Management ● Demonstrated success in handling high-value client accounts and developing long-term partnerships. ● Excellent negotiation and closing skills, backed by a consultative selling approach. ● Analytical & Strategic Thinking ● Skilled in sales forecasting, budgeting, and data-driven decision-making. ● Ability to interpret market insights and translate them into actionable sales strategies. ● Technical Proficiency ● Familiarity with CRM platforms and analytics tools to track sales performance. ● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations. ● Industry Knowledge (Preferred) ● Exposure to the sports industry, sports technology, or related fields is highly advantageous. ● Awareness of market trends and competitor offerings in sports entertainment.
