Job description Must have Experience and Expertise in Plastic Pipe Extrusion Industry. We are looking to hire an experienced National Sales Head, to help drive company sales. In this position, you will be involved in developing marketing strategies, implementing marketing plans, developing sales strategies, maintaining customer relations, and creating sales reports. To ensure success as a sales and marketing executive, you should have strong knowledge of modern marketing techniques, a passion for sales, and excellent communication skills. Contributing to the development of marketing strategies. Conducting market research on rival products. Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products. Coordinating with media representatives and sponsors. Working with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies. Answering client queries about product specifications and uses. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Indore for a Head of Sales Marketing. The Head of Sales Marketing will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing accounts, developing and implementing sales strategies, and overseeing the sales team. The role includes analyzing market trends, working closely with the R&D and design teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Qualifications Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management Strong Team Management and Account Management skills Excellent Analytical Skills Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in the plastic processing machinery industry is a plus Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Required Candidate profile Must have Experience and Expertise in Plastic Pipe Extrusion Industry. Maintaining client relations. Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas. Creating and presenting sales performance reports. Master's degree in marketing, business, Plastics or related field. Proven work experience as a sales and marketing executive. Knowledge of modern marketing techniques, Plastic Pipe Extrusion. Good Contacts in Indian Plastic Industry. High-level communication and networking skills. A passion for sales. Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
