With increasing viewership across the country, we are building our national presence and scaling our ad sales and reporting network. Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Sales to lead our Pan India advertising efforts , establish regional/national sales teams, and build strong advertiser relationships across industries. Key Responsibilities: Drive ad sales and revenue growth across national and regional markets. Build partnerships with brands, media agencies, and direct clients for TV + digital inventory. Expand and manage the reporter network to ensure strong regional content visibility. Develop and execute scalable sales strategies for Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities. Work closely with editorial, marketing, and channel leadership to align growth goals. Analyze, Implement & scale revenue channels across pan India Requirements: 10+ years of experience in media sales (TV news channel or digital broadcast preferred). Proven success in scaling sales teams and ad revenue. Strong network in media buying agencies and direct client verticals (FMCG, real estate, BFSI, etc.). Ability to lead in a high-growth environment with Pan India ambitions. Preferred: Experience with a regional channel transitioning to national footprint. Multilingual or familiarity with Telugu market.
