You will be responsible for driving sales and managing relationships with developers, architects, and contractors for large-scale residential projects. Your role will focus on acquiring high-value projects, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining strong post-sale relationships. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute business strategies to target luxury residential projects. Lead sales efforts from proposal to deal closure, focusing on high-value projects. Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders. Provide expert advice on product solutions and ensure smooth project execution. Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities. Qualifications: 12+ years in project sales, with a focus on luxury products or construction. Proven experience in closing high-value deals and managing key accounts. Strong network in real estate, architecture, and construction sectors.
