Role & responsibilities Will be responsible for leading, planning, and executing residential and industrial projects from inception to completion. The role involves strategic project management, monitoring execution, ensuring cost control, quality compliance, and timely delivery while aligning with business objectives. Must have experience of managing multiple projects 1. Project Planning & Execution: Lead the end-to-end execution of residential and industrial projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Develop project roadmaps, feasibility studies, and construction schedules in coordination with design, procurement, and site teams. Ensure effective resource planning, including manpower, materials, and equipment allocation. 2. Project Monitoring & Control: Establish KPIs, progress reports, and monitoring mechanisms for real-time tracking. Implement risk assessment strategies to identify and mitigate project delays, cost overruns, and quality deviations. Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards. 3. Cost & Budget Management: Optimize project budgeting, cost control, and financial planning for maximum efficiency. Approve vendor contracts, material procurement, and cost negotiations to ensure profitability. Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and compliance. 4. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Coordination: Lead a team of project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to ensure seamless project execution. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and government bodies for necessary approvals and execution alignment. Engage with senior management and clients for project updates and strategic decision-making. 5. Quality, Safety & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and environmental guidelines. Drive best practices in construction methodologies to improve efficiency and sustainability. Implement ISO, OSHA, and other industry best practices for site management. Preferred candidate profile B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or a related field. 18-25 years of experience in project execution and monitoring of residential & industrial projects. Strong knowledge of project execution / planning tools (Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD). Strong financial acumen with a deep understanding of budgeting, cost control, and contract management.
