Strong network in the retail and real estate ecosystem. Excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic thinking skills. Proven ability to drive leasing performance in high-demand environments. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute leasing strategies for retail properties (malls, high-street, mixed-use). Build and maintain strong relationships with national and regional brands. Drive occupancy and rental yield targets through innovative leasing plans. Negotiate LOIs, lease agreements, and manage end-to-end tenant onboarding. Lead market intelligence efforts to stay ahead of retail trends and competitor moves. Collaborate with marketing, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth tenant fit-outs and openings.
