Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share in decorative and street lighting poles. Identify and engage with architects, urban planners, government agencies, contractors, and infrastructure companies. Independently handle pricing, negotiations, and contract finalizations. Generate leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships. Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain financial discipline in transactions. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor pricing, and customer requirements. Coordinate with production and logistics teams for smooth order execution and deliveries. Meet monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining profitability. Provide technical consultation to clients and assist in product selection based on project needs. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans to the management.
