Job Description

Overseeing the operations of Housekeeping, Security, Transport, Landscaping, Laundry and Linen. Ensures security and emergency preparedness procedures are implemented properly. Ensures the facility is clean and maintained according to company policy and procedures. Manages and reviews service contracts. Conducts and documents regular facilities inspections. Checks completed work by vendors and contractors. Recommends maintenance, mechanical, electrical, and facility design modifications. Communicates workplace safety precautions to employees. Ensure the Hospital is ready and equipped to respond to disasters and emergencies. Forecasts, allocates, and supervises the financial and physical resources of the facility management. Supervising all security and housekeeping staff and providing training, day-to-day feedback, and performance reviews. Liaising with event planners, F&B, to ensure that all events run smoothly. Preparing, presenting, and managing budgets. Manage multiple stakeholders as well inter departmental coordination to ensure patient satisfaction and employee satisfaction without compromising the rules and regulations and / or quality standards and disciplines.
